Port has been in business for more than 40 years and is one of the larger social service agencies in Maine. More than 200 skilled and certified staff provide an array of direct support services to improve the quality of life for several hundred individuals each year.
Staff members provide direct support to people living in group residences, as well as through adult foster care programs and in the home. Services can range from a few hours a week in an individual’s home to 24 hours a day in staffed group settings.
The organization also offers behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults and families through an outpatient clinic and community outreach programs.
