President Lydia Wagner joined the board of Port Resources in 2021 and is honored to serve as Board President.

She is a marketing leader with vast experience in B2C and B2B and currently acts as the Director of Integrated Marketing for SmileDirectClub, a teledentistry pioneer. Most recently Lydia was the Head of Software Marketing for IDEXX. Previously she was an advertising account management and strategy leader focused on brand building as she worked across many major brands like Verizon, Google Chrome, Vaseline, British Airways, Sam’s Club and Klondike.

She also serves on the board of the Back Cove Neighborhood Association and proudly graduated from the MANP Emerging Leaders program for non-profit board leadership.

When it comes to life outside of her professional career, Lydia lives in Portland, Maine with her husband. She is mom to a four-year old and almost two year old and pup parent to Scarlett, a 10-year-old hound mix. She’s also a culture-sponge who has made it a goal to explore new corners of the world each year.

Treasurer Ron Dovich Joined the board of Port Resources in November 2021. Ron is currently a Vice President for TD Bank serving commercial banking clients throughout the state of Maine.

Ron has over 15 years of financial and operational leadership experience in a variety of industries and companies. He also has experience as a non-profit board member, including various board leadership roles.

Ron began his career as a Naval Officer in the United States Navy. He served for 10 years as a naval aviator in operational leadership roles of increasing responsibility, in fact the Navy is what introduced Ron to Maine. After his service in the Navy, Ron moved into the corporate world and worked in various finance and operations roles, first for a fortune 500 energy company and then for a regional real estate development firm, both located in Houston, Texas. During his time in Houston, he also served on the board of St. Andrews Episcopal School, where he chaired the board's finance committee and served a term as Board President.

Ron has Advanced Degree's in finance and accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Florida.

Ron and his family have recently relocated back to Maine. Ron and his wife Lizzie have two boys, Alex and Nathaniel, with whom they enjoy living in Maine and exploring all the region has to offer.

Secretary Deborah recently joined the Board of Directors with a desire to make a meaningful contribution to her community and the mission of Port Resources. She grew up in Central Maine and returned to the state after a successful career as a leader of not-for-profit organizations. She has worked with groups on local, state, national and international levels on issues of strategic planning, financial management, sustainability and organizational development Most recently Deborah was the CEO of a community development corporation in Cambridge, MA where she lived until 2019. She attended UMO and received an MS in Management from Antioch, New England. She lives in South Portland and Harpswell.

Vice President Nicole works for St. Mary’s Health System Foundation as the Director of Grants Administration and has been in her role since January 2021; managing overall grant services for Covenant member organizations. After a 20-year career in international development, Nicole returned to Auburn with an understanding of the importance of collaborative effort and quality grant management to achieve a mutual goal. Nicole earned her Master of International and Intercultural Management from the School for International Training and her undergraduate degree from Boston University. Nicole met her husband Akibou during her time as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Chad and they have two sons.

Tom joined the Board of Directors for Port Resources in August of 2023. He currently works as a Senior Wealth Advisor for Planning Alternatives assisting with Estate, Wealth and Investment planning for families, entrepreneurs, executives, and retirees.

Tom has spent over 30 years in the Financial Industry and previously managed and opened offices for Fidelity Investments in Palm Beach and Naples, FL. He has served on multiple non-profit boards in various communities. He views the support Port Resources gives to people with developmental and behavioral challenges as vital to the communities of Southern Maine.

Currently Tom splits his time between Old Orchard Beach, Maine and Naples, Florida with his wife Mary Ellen and dog Mika.

Board Member Bonnie Baker joined the board of Port Resources in 2018 and currently serves on the governance committee. Growing up, Bonnie lived with her Aunt who eventually required the resources of an organization similar to Port. Bonnie always dreamed of someday working with an organization like Port Resources because of her connection to their heartfelt mission.

Over the past decade, Bonnie has worked as an internal improvement advisor, leader, and consultant in healthcare. She has personally coached thousands of health care administrators and physicians in the U.S., Egypt, and Vietnam to improve their processes using Lean thinking (a philosophy and methodology derived from the Toyota Production System).

Bonnie currently serves as the Vice President, Martin’s Point Management System at Martin’s Point Health Care in Portland, Maine. Bonnie earned her B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University and her Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from William James College in Boston, Massachusetts. Bonnie lives on the marsh in Scarborough, Maine and enjoys swimming, hiking, yoga, and discovering new places in her adventures.
